My career started with a strong foundation in office management. In this role, I gained valuable experience in overseeing daily operations, managing seven Building Surveyors, and ensuring that office functions ran smoothly and efficiently. This early experience provided me with the organisational skills and attention to detail that have been crucial in my subsequent roles.
Nearly five years ago, I took the leap and founded my own company, Lucy Deakin Typing. This venture has allowed me to offer my specialised skills to a broader range of clients within the construction industry . My company is dedicated to providing top-notch audio typing and virtual administrative services, helping clients streamline their operations and focus on their core business activities. I now have a small team of exceptional typists working with me to provide my clients with a reliable and efficient service.
